Rainbow Road Journal Skinby ~Phantom-Wolf42

Another of my custom journal skins. It's not much but it's still pretty looking XD

EDIT:
Ok, so apparently this journal skin - no matter how pretty - is a little difficult to use. So, here are a few tips to access some of the features, such as filling in the phrase "Write something witty in here" with your own text, and getting stuff into the scroll box.

First up, the phrase. Just follow these steps;
1. Install the skin.
2. Create a new journal, using this skin.
3. To the left, you will find a link titled "Edit Skin". Click it.
4. You will find yourself in a confusing mess of text titled "Customize Skin" Don't stress. Leave most of it alone. You will see three sections. Titled "Skin Header", "Skin CSS", and "Skin Footer". Again, don't stress.
5. Focus on "Skin Header"
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the section. On the very last line you will see this (without spaces);

< i >Write something witty in here</ i></ div><h r></ hr></ div>

This is the only thing you need to worry yourself with. Leave it as it is, and change only the text that reads Write something witty in here - to whatever you want.

This will alter the phrase.

Now, to address the scroll box.
Simply, follow the same steps as above, up until - and including - step 4.
From there, focus on "Skin Footer".
The section will contain the text as seen below (without spaces).

Simply, remove ONLY this text and instead, replace it with your own slab of information, or thumbnails. Or whatever you want. Leave everything - that looks like coding, or confuses you - alone.

First up - nice work. You are getting the hang of it.

I love the image and the colours - very pretty and will most likely make this quite a desirable skin to use. The text colours stand out well against the back drop, the scroll box is good and the links work great.

There are a few things that could be improved though.

Under 'How to...' - This links to the 'author's comments'. I feel that for journal skins there needs to be instructions, or at least links, about how to use the skin, CSS and other things like that here. Many people do not know how to use the complex skins, so they many choose not to use this skin as they do not know how to customise it for their use.

That's my biggest comment. Otherwise, it's very cool. Great work and keep it up.
